User Guide for SPRYNTO
- LLC "SPRYNTO" (hereinafter referred to as "SPRYNTO") offers internet users (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") to use its services on the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The Rules come into effect from the moment the Client agrees to its conditions in the manner provided in clause 3 of the Rules.
- SPRYNTO offers Clients access to transmit instructions to partner banks for carrying out transfers, including those using bank cards. All existing services at the moment, as well as any developments and/or additions of new ones, are subject to these Rules.
- The use of SPRYNTO services is governed by these Rules, the Privacy Policy (link to SPRYNTO), as well as the terms of use of individual services. By starting to use any service/its individual functions or by completing the registration process, the Client is deemed to have accepted the conditions of the Rules in full, without any reservations or exceptions. SPRYNTO reserves the right to offer the Client to modify and/or supplement these Rules by publishing the Rules in a new edition on the Internet site at (link to SPRYNTO). The User's acceptance of such an offer is the conclusive act of using any SPRYNTO service under the new conditions.
- In case the Client disagrees with the changes in the Rules made in accordance with paragraph 3, they must stop using the SPRYNTO services
- To use certain SPRYNTO services or specific functions of the services, the Client needs to go through the registration process, resulting in the creation of a unique account for the Client.
- During registration, the Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about themselves as prompted in the registration form and to keep this information up to date. If the Client provides incorrect information or if SPRYNTO has reason to believe that the information provided by the Client is incomplete or false, SPRYNTO has the right to, at its discretion, deny the User the use of its services (or their individual functions).
- The Client's personal information provided during the use of the services is stored and processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the terms of individual services, and these Rules.
- If a specific SPRYNTO service requires registration, the Client independently chooses a login (a unique symbolic name of the Client's account) and a password for accessing the account during registration. SPRYNTO has the right to prohibit the use of certain logins and also establish requirements for logins and passwords (length, permissible characters, etc.), or require the use of additional passwords.
- For some services, the Client has the option to use an alternative authentication method to access the account, replacing the established password. Access to such a method is provided through the setting of two-factor authentication in the Client's account management interface.
- The Client is solely responsible for the security (resistance to guessing) of the means chosen by them for accessing the account and ensuring their confidentiality. The Client is solely responsible for all actions (as well as their consequences) within or using the SPRYNTO services under the Client's account, including cases of voluntarily providing the Client's data for account access to third parties on any terms (including agreements or rules). In this case, all actions within or using the SPRYNTO services under the Client's account are considered to be performed by the Client themselves.
- If a specific service does not require Client registration, SPRYNTO authenticates the internet user as a Client based on, among other things, data previously provided by the Client when using SPRYNTO services, such as email address, phone number, and others.
- By entering any data in one of the SPRYNTO services, the Client agrees to store this data for the possibility of using it again or in other SPRYNTO services without additional repeated input.
- The Client must immediately notify SPRYNTO of any case of unauthorized (not permitted by the Client) access to the SPRYNTO services using the Client's account and/or any violation (suspicions of violation) of the confidentiality of their means of access to the account. For security purposes, the Client must independently perform a secure logout (the "Logout" button) after each session using the SPRYNTO services.
- SPRYNTO has the right to impose restrictions on the use of services for all Clients or for specific categories of Clients (depending on the Client's location, the language in which the service is provided, etc.), including the type and amount of transfers, the method of submitting instructions, the list of recipients of transfers, etc. SPRYNTO may prohibit the automatic access to its services and also terminate the receipt of any information generated automatically. SPRYNTO has the right to send informational messages to its customers. By using SPRYNTO services, the customer also agrees to receive advertising messages in accordance with the "Advertising Law" of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The customer has the right to refuse to receive advertising messages by either using the relevant function of the service through which they receive the messages or by directly contacting Customer Support.
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that the content placed by them on SPRYNTO services, including any other content, violates the rights and legal interests of third parties, including personal non-property rights of authors and other intellectual property rights of third parties, as well as their non-material benefits, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that SPRYNTO does not assume any obligation to review or monitor the content placed or distributed by the customer through its services. SPRYNTO also reserves the right to refuse or delete any content available through its services. The customer understands and agrees that they should independently assess all risks associated with the use of such content, including the reliability, completeness, and usefulness of the content.
- The customer knows and agrees that SPRYNTO technology may require the processing (reproduction, duplication) of the customer's content and other technical requirements to meet the specific service needs.

- The customer bears full responsibility for their actions related to the use of SPRYNTO services before third parties, including actions that may lead to a violation of the rights and legal interests of third parties, as well as legal liability in accordance with the legislation.
- The customer shall not have the right, while using SPRYNTO services, to:
- Infringe upon the rights of third parties, including minors, or cause them harm in any form.
- Impersonate another person or entity, including SPRYNTO employees, forum moderators, website owners, representatives of SPRYNTO partners, as well as unauthorized representation using other forms and methods, incite other users or SPRYNTO representatives to engage in any illegal activities or harm other subjects or objects of the network.
- Use unauthorized access to other people's information, including electronic payment tools of other people.
- Collect and store personal information of others without permission.
- Disrupt the normal functioning of SPRYNTO websites and services.
- Engage in actions aimed at violating established rules and prohibitions.
- Violate legal norms, including international legal norms, in any other way.
- SPRYNTO's services include all objects, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds, and other objects (hereinafter referred to as the content of the services), as well as any other content placed in SPRYNTO services, are subject to the exclusive rights of SPRYNTO and other copyright holders who have granted relevant permissions to SPRYNTO.
- The use of any elements of the services is only possible within the framework of the functionality offered by the specific service. No element of the content of SPRYNTO services, as well as any other content placed in SPRYNTO services, can be used in any other way without the prior authorization of the copyright holder.
- SPRYNTO Services may contain links to other websites on the Internet (third-party websites). These third parties and their content are not reviewed by SPRYNTO in terms of compliance with specific requirements (originality, completeness, legality, etc.). SPRYNTO does not bear any responsibility for any information, materials, including opinions or statements expressed on third-party websites, advertisements, etc., that the customer obtains by using the services, as well as for the existence of such information and the consequences of its use by the customer.
- Any link to any website, product, service, commercial or non-commercial information (in any form) on SPRYNTO services is not an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by SPRYNTO.
- No Warranty, Limited Liability
- The customer uses SPRYNTO services at their own risk. The services are provided "as is." Except as expressly provided in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, SPRYNTO assumes no liability for the suitability of the services for the customer's purposes, including:
- Conformity of the services to the customer's expectations; Continuous, fast, reliable, and error-free provision of the services; Accuracy and reliability of the results obtained by using the services and whether they meet the intended purpose or quality of use.
- SPRYNTO assumes no responsibility for any kind of losses incurred by the customer as a result of using SPRYNTO services or individual parts/functions of the services, except as otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- These Rules are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any issues not regulated by these Rules should be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. All possible disputes arising from relations governed by these Rules are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the manner established by the norms of the legislation of Azerbaijan.
- If one or more provisions of these Rules are terminated or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, this does not affect the validity or application of the remaining provisions of the Rules.
- In the event of a violation of any provision of these Rules by customers, SPRYNTO's inaction does not deprive SPRYNTO of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later and does not constitute a waiver of SPRYNTO's rights in case of subsequent similar violations.
